Refund policy
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Kajinoor Online purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt of the items and we will be happy to provide a full merchandise refund in the original form of payment. Simply click here - team@kajinoor.com to initiate a return and receive a free pre-paid USPS Priority Mail label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return label will not be accepted. Include your order number in the returns email. Please pack the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging if possible, and be sure to cover any existing shipping labels and/or barcodes. Please note that empty containers will not be accepted for refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Processing time for refunds takes up to 10 business days from the date the return is received at our facility. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you have the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Upon receiving your returned item(s) you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
