Shipping Policy

 FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100.

We ship all packages via USPS Priority Mail, which should be a 2-3 business day delivery time. However, the USPS sometimes experiences delays. Please understand that at times, elements beyond our control may prevent these lead times from being met and once orders are received and scanned by the USPS, they are under USPS control. USPS transit times start once the USPS receives and scans your order.

Shipping rates are determined by the USPS and will vary depending on your location and the weight of your product. Our USPS account affords you a discounted rate on shipping. Orders are fulfilled Monday - Friday in the order in which they are received. Most orders received before 2:00 PM EST will go out that day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will go out the following day, and orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Fridays will go out the following Monday. 

Please be sure to monitor your tracking details once you receive them by email and reach out to the USPS for more information if your order is delayed. Orders that are not received by you after ten days from USPS package acceptance can either be fully refunded, or a replacement order will be shipped to you free of the shipping charge. Should your late order arrive after your replacement is received by the USPS, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label for it's return to us.
